Membership plan updates

• We have changed the name of the Red Plan to the Limited Plan; it includes all of the same features it already had.

• We have removed the Yellow and Blue membership plans and replaced them with the Unlimited Plan. The Unlimited plan includes an unlimited number of visits for the year! While this plan is a little more than the Yellow Plan and a little less than the Blue Plan, it offers more than both of the original plans while maintaining affordability.

• Existing clients are now able to request more time in their follow-up visits! Follow-up visits are now able to be booked for 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes to best meet the needs of our clients! There are no additional fees associated with the different durations of time.

• Updates to membership plans apply to all current members! We want to make sure that these positive changes not only benefit new clients but our existing clients as well! Thus Existing Yellow and Blue Plan members now have unlimited visits until the end of their plan at which time they can choose to continue their Unlimited Plan or move to the Limited Plan if they are eligible.

Labwork requested by your provider

• We are partnering with Rupa Health to order labs for our patients at affordable prices. It is unfortunately very common for many Americans to not have a Primary Care Provider that they see yearly. However, your safety is still our top priority, and having regular labs drawn can be important depending on the types of medications your provider puts you on. We currently have created two bundles for labs, but we have the ability to add on additional testing not listed if necessary. Description of the bundles are as follows:

  • Basic Labs Panel

    • Includes: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, and HgbA1C

    • Price: $31.20 + tax

  • Add-on Lab Panel

    • Includes: Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Folate, and Thyroid Panel

    • Price: $78.50 + tax

• Labs will be ordered to be drawn at a Labcorp facility, so you can simply locate the Labcorp nearest you and schedule for your labs to be drawn at a convenient time for you! 

• With Rupa, you are able to pay for your labs in full via credit/debit card, FSA and HSA. There is also an option to split your payment over 3-months if you don’t want to pay the full payment upfront!
