✓ 4 follow-up visits (up to 30 minutes each) for New Members OR 5 follow-up visits for Existing Members
✓ Medication management + Brief psychotherapy
✓ Plan Length: 1 year, no contract or fee for early cancellation
Unlimited Plan
$60
/month
If you are a new or existing client and have never been on psychiatric medications before, need adjustments to your current psychiatric medications or haven’t been on medications in over a year, this is the plan for you! Your journey to feeling like the best version of you starts today!

Medicaid and Ambetter Clients
If you are insured via Amerigroup Medicaid, Peach State Health Plan Medicaid or Ambetter, you are not eligible to sign up for subscription services as your insurance will be billed for your visits! If you have a copay you’ll be instructed on how to pay it.

Step 2: Get your approval to receive services once your insurance coverage and benefits are verified
Step 3: Create your account in the patient portal with the link you are e-mailed after your account is activated, and Book your first visit!
