Getting started

  • Free 15-minute consultation: discuss your concerns with a coach learn if coaching is right for you

  • Executive Skills and Personality assessments: You’ll complete and in-depth About Me form as well these assessments before your first session so that your coach can gather foundational information about you. This ensures that all of the time you spend in session will be dedicated to attacking your priority concerns/goals

  • Tailored guidance based on individual strengths and weaknesses

  • Self-scheduling: Fit coaching sessions in around your schedule

The Mindful organizer

  • The Mindful Organizer is our custom app (available to clients and non-clients alike) that was specifically designed to support people in their journey to becoming the best versions of themselves
